The concept of Suki-Ya was inspired by Japan’s specialty shops serving hot pot, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki. To bring this exclusive dining experience to our customers, we combined Japanese expertise with innovative technology, creating a modern eatery that celebrates healthy, low-fat cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

At Suki-Ya, we offer five popular soup bases to delight your palate, paired with the FREE FLOW of freshly sliced meat. Fans of sukiyaki will especially enjoy our paper-thin sliced beef. Complementing our selection of premium meats is a healthy vegetable bar, always stocked with fresh greens and quality eggs. We provide specially crafted dipping sauces, or you can create your own favorite combination.
